Aims & Objectives

• The main objective of the chair would be empowering in their struggle for equality and for effective presence in all areas of society and development.
  
• To short out the education needs of women in their own rights and in their family role of the protectors, supporters. And motivators.
  
• The aim would also to eliminate all forms of discrimination against women and suggest legal frame work within which she is allowed equality of life with man all aspects; such as, marriage, ownership of properly, employment, health care and participation in public life etc.
  
• To carryout research in the matrimonial, social. Economical, educational regular problems confronted by women that she plays and participates.
  
• To initiate a regular program of activities of research on women studies and institute a diploma and certificate course in women awareness in skills.
  
• To start mobile research units in Thar, Nara deserts and other rural are sukkur and larkana division and sindh generally.
  a) To advise them on health care’s and nutrition and hence enable them in improving their socio-economic conditions.

Graduate studies at various colleges in sindh. After the establishment of this chair the administration of the women chair has taken great many a measures. Some of them are as under:

•  Help common women to achieve the equal status in the society.
  
• Acquaint her with rights of education.
  
• Rid her of discriminatory treatment in the society. better equip her with vocational education along with general education so as to face economic constrictions.
  
• Arrange programs for the promotion and exposure of her role inevitably responsible for the true and educing progress and prosperity in the society.
  
• Work out for the legislation in a way so as to ensure her equality with men in terms of prosperity, job opportunities and other Important matters of life.
