The Indus Development Research
Centre was established in 1992 to promote research to redress the local issues.
IDRC is established to take up research & consulting work including short courses.
The centre has acquired the services / affiliation of distinguished experts such
as engineers, surveyors, agronomists, sociologists, farm management experts, agricultural
economists, computer scientists, statisticians, economists, demographers, planners,
architects, hydrologists, geographers and other experts. Experts in allied fields
from the Campus of Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, Sindh University Jamshoro
and Agriculture University Tando Jam are working with the Centre.
