SALU VC Expresses Condolences to Renowned Writer, Researcher, Critic and SALU Senate Member Mukhtiar Malik on His Brother’s Demise

Meritorious Professor Dr. Yousuf Khushk, Vice Chancellor of Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), Khairpur, visited the residence of renowned writer, researcher, critic, broadcaster, and SALU Senate Member Mukhtiar Malik to offer his heartfelt condolences on the demise of his elder brother.
During the visit, Dr. Khushk expressed profound sorrow over the bereavement and shared in the grief of the family. He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the departed soul eternal peace in Jannat-ul-Firdous and bless the bereaved family with courage and patience to bear this irreparable loss.
Mukhtiar Malik is a distinguished literary figure of Sindh, widely recognized for his valuable contributions to Sindhi and Urdu literature as a writer, researcher, critic, poet, and broadcaster. He has served as Secretary General of the Sindhi Adabi Sangat Sindh, remained associated with Radio Pakistan Khairpur, and is currently a Member of the Senate of Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur.
On this occasion, Dr. Khushk paid tribute to Mukhtiar Malik’s outstanding literary and academic services, stating that personalities like him have made enduring contributions to the promotion of literature, language, and culture.
