Procedure to Apply for Admissin
1. Application for admission shall be made by the candidate who has passed
the H.S.C Part II / Intermediate and Bachlor's Examination or any other examination
recognized by the University on prescribed application from Parent/Guardian in the
prescribed form attested and varified by the first class magistrate of the area
of residence of the candidate along with his/her National identity card and an undertaking
on the prescribed form duly filled-in and signed by the parent/Guardian and Sureties,
idendifying the Parent/Guardian and also certifying good conduct of the candidate.
2. In case of foreign candidates, the recommendation and undertaking on the prescribed
proforma for the admission and the guarantee for the payment of fees and good behavior
should come from the concerned Embassy.
3. The duly filled-in application form in all respects will be received by the designated
branches of Habib Bank Limited.
4. Every student is required to submit an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper
of Rs. 10/= duly attested by a First class Magistrate alongwith admission form. |
